RETAIL/PERSONAL ORDERS: 

[exchange] did you get the wrong size? You have 7 days to contact us once you have received your order to inquire about exchanging a size. Please email [email protected] to receive a return authorization with your order number and exchange request details PRIOR to sending the merchandise back. Please note: you will be responsible for the shipping charges for returning the item and the shipping charges to send out the new size. 

[return] you don’t want the product you received? This doesn’t happen often, but we will be happy to issue you a store credit upon return of your item if it has been less than 7 days since you received the item. Please email [email protected] for a return authorization PRIOR to sending the merchandise back to us.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:
